Ready to get moving? UCLA Recreation's annual celebration is going remote this year, with Bruins encouraged to walk, skip, or roll their way around any route for the first-ever Virtual I Heart Walking beginning next week.
Pick a physical activity goal based on your current fitness level, and submit your progress each day. Track progress using a Fitbit, fitness app, Google Maps, or a picture. Each entry is a chance to win a prize!
Put one foot in front of the other and feel happier and healthier when you get some steps in for I Heart Walking. Register online before the event kicks off February 22-26. Once registered, you'll receive an email reminder each day to log your activity.
