Want to take advantage of Zipcar's carsharing benefits? Register to become a member and follow the steps below to reserve a car at a moment's notice or plan months in advance.

How it Works

Vehicle Pickup

1. Book a car on the Zipcar app or website. Please note, vehicle pickup will require the installation of the Zipcar app. 
2. To get your vehicle on your selected reservation date, use the Zipcar app to unlock the car and press the ignition button to start the vehicle. 
3. Enjoy your reservation time!

Vehicle Return/Drop-Off 

1. Return the vehicle to the same designated parking space at the end of your reservation. 
2. Lock the doors using the Zipcar app and walk away.
3. Zipcar will provide a detailed description of your reservation itemizing the hours and miles driven and charge your credit card on file.
